About
The new suites located on the west and east sides of the stadium will offer spectacular views of the game and provide a memorable venue to entertain family and friends on football Saturdays.
The project will add 80 suites. The west side will have 31 suites on the first level and 13 additional suites on the second level at the north end of the working press area. The east side will have 36 suites on the top level.
The suites will be uniform in size and décor with seats for 16 people. All suites will have operable glass windows so guests can experience all the game-day excitement while enjoying a climate-controlled environment. The stadium concessionaire will offer upscale food and beverage services. All premium seating areas, including suites, will be alcohol-free.
The new suites will offer a well appointed area that will include a lounge and conversation area, coat closet, flat screen TVs, internal speaker system and high-speed Internet connection. Private restrooms will be a few steps away in an exclusive concourse area.

Donation Requirements
- Annual requirements for suites are scaled relative to the suite's proximity to mid-field.
- Suites require annual commitments of $85,000 per suite (Zone A), $75,000 per suite (Zone B), $65,000 per suite (Zone C) and $55,000 per suite (Zone D). These annual commitments cover the cost of sixteen football season tickets in each suite and four football parking permits per suite.
- The annual commitments are comprised of a donation, the costs associated with 16 season tickets & 4 parking permits and a licensing fee (see illustration on Page 7).
- Suite commitments are for three-, five- or seven-year terms. The annual requirements will escalate at 3% annually for the three-year term, 2% annually for the five-year term and 1% annually for the seven-year term.
- Given the uncertainty with a future project, the University reserves the right to adjust the minimum contribution levels described above by not more than 10 percent in the first year.
- If you itemize, you may be able to deduct 80 percent of the designated donation for suites as a charitable contribution on your federal income tax return, thus reducing your taxable income and your tax liability by an amount equal to 80 percent of your marginal tax rate - IRS Tax Code 170(1). Consult your tax adviser regarding your situation.
Group Commitments for Suites
- Group commitments for suites will be accepted. A group commitment is limited to four individuals for a single suite.
- The Athletic Department will recognize up to four individuals listed on an agreement and provide related Victors Club benefits for each person's share of the annual gift for the suite.
- If an individual from your group opts out before the end of the lease agreement, the remaining group members will be responsible for the commitment or for finding a replacement.
